Violence or abuse is not a norm. It is a serious problem. It is a real danger.
It is possible to get help at any stage and for any of the involved people:
- if you suffer from violence or have abusive relations,
- if your relative, friend, colleague, neighbor suffers from violence or has abusive relations,
- if you are or your partner is predisposed to violent behavior,
- if you witness violence or abuse,
- if you doubt but feel you are in trouble.
